Founded in Brussels in 2000, Baobab Collection was born from a single obsession: to create candles that are as extraordinary to look at as they are to smell. The name draws from the ancient African baobab tree — a symbol of life, resilience, and wonder — and that spirit of discovery runs through every collection.

Each Baobab vessel begins life as a mouth-blown glass object, shaped by master glassblowers and then hand-painted by artisans with intricate designs inspired by the natural world, African landscapes, and the decorative arts. No two pieces are identical. The wax inside is a proprietary blend of the finest paraffin and natural waxes, carefully formulated to carry complex, multi-layered fragrances developed in partnership with the great perfumers of Grasse, France.

The result is an object that exists at the intersection of perfumery, sculpture, and interior design. Baobab candles have graced the interiors of five-star hotels, private palaces, and the homes of discerning collectors across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Their diffusers and room sprays carry the same philosophy: uncompromising quality in every detail.
