By visiting our showroom, browsing our website, or placing an order with Gloria, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all purchases, inquiries, and interactions with Gloria Furniture, located in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website and in our showroom are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Gloria reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice, though any confirmed order will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of confirmation.

Product images, dimensions, and material descriptions are provided for reference purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, colours and finishes may appear slightly different on screen compared to the actual product. We strongly encourage showroom visits to view pieces in person before ordering.

Certain items are available exclusively to order and may require a longer lead time. Availability is confirmed at the point of inquiry and is subject to change.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed with our sales team. An order is not binding until Gloria has issued written confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or a signed invoice.

For made-to-order and imported items, a deposit of 50% is typically required at the time of ordering. The remaining balance is due prior to or upon delivery. Payment terms may be adjusted for commercial or large-scale projects at our discretion.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated by our team at the time of purchase. Gloria does not store financial payment details.

Delivery

Gloria delivers across Iraq. Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability. Standard delivery to Erbil is typically arranged within one to two weeks of payment confirmation for in-stock items. Delivery to other Iraqi governorates may require additional time for logistics coordination.

For made-to-order pieces imported from Europe, lead times can range from 6 to 16 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Our team will provide an estimated delivery window at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance. Gloria coordinates delivery to the ground floor or entrance of the property. Assembly and placement within the property may be available as an additional service — please inquire with our team.

Returns

Due to the nature of luxury and made-to-order furniture, we do not accept returns on items that have been delivered and accepted in good condition. We strongly recommend inspecting all items at the point of delivery and noting any concerns before signing off.

If an item is delivered with a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Gloria will assess the issue and arrange for repair, replacement, or a suitable resolution at our discretion.

Warranty

All products sold by Gloria carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, which typically covers structural defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by brand and product category — our team will advise on applicable coverage at the point of sale.

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper cleaning, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear. Commercial use of products designed for residential use may void warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

Gloria's liability to any customer shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Gloria is not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs clearance delays, shipping disruptions, or supply chain issues affecting our European manufacturing partners.

Showroom Policies

Visitors to our Erbil showroom are welcome during operating hours. We ask that all guests treat displayed items with care. Gloria accepts no liability for personal injury or damage to personal property occurring on the showroom premises unless caused by our negligence.

Photography for personal reference is permitted. Commercial photography or videography within the showroom requires prior written consent from Gloria management.
