Every Gloria delivery is handled with the same care we take in selecting the pieces themselves. Our white-glove service is standard on all furniture orders and includes:

• Full assembly and placement in your chosen room
• Removal of all packaging and wrapping materials
• Careful positioning and levelling of each piece
• A brief walkthrough of care and maintenance
• Old furniture removal on request (by arrangement)

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces — including custom Natuzzi Italia configurations — require additional production time. Standard lead times are 8–14 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the manufacturer and specification.

During this time, our team will provide regular tracking updates as your piece moves through production and shipping. Every item undergoes a full quality inspection at our Erbil facility before being delivered to you. We will not deliver anything we would not be proud to put in our own showroom.
